2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120(B), 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Vide order dated 22.11.2024, a report was called for from the learned Court below regarding the stage of trial and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial. In compliance thereof, a report dated 28.11.2024 has been sent by the learned Additional Sessions Judge 20th, Muzaffarpur, which is kept on record. In his report, the learned Judge has, inter alia, stated that the trial is likely to be concluded within period of three months.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the report of the Trial Court, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail. The prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 72 of 2022.
