The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1146C of 2015 registered under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of the D.P. Act. On perusal of the Report of Mediation and Conciliation Centre, it appears that both the parties have amicably settled their dispute and petitioner is ready to keep his wife (complainant) with honour and dignity and wife is also ready to live with her husband. Both the parties have also decided to withdraw all the cases filed against each other. Considering the above report and the facts and

No.51000 of 2016 (3) dt.11-05-2017 2/2 circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Complaint Case No. 1146C of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
