====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Awtarnagar P.S. Case No. 274 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 447, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner as well as one other Kamleshwar Singh alleged to have caused injury by sword on the head of the injured, whereas there is only one simple injury by sharp weapon. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner cannot be said to have caused injury on the head. There is case of over implication.
