2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 661 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 of the IPC & 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, while the informant was sitting at his shop, altogether four miscreants on two motorcycles came there and threatened him not to do politics in panchayat. One of them fired upon the informant with an intention to kill him. He suffered injury on his left thigh. Thereafter, the miscreants fled away.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50543 of 2025(3) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 was not arrested at the spot and nothing incriminating was recovered from his possession. His confessional statement was elicited in another case and that confessional statement too was not leading to recovery. He is under custody since 27.03.2024. He has also submitted that on exactly similar footing, co-accused Golu Kumar, Suraj Kumar and Rajan Kumar have been granted regular bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 54985 of 2024, 59373 of 2024 and 74618 of 2024 respectively.

5. On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 661 of 2023, G.R. No. 3811 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
