2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amnaur P.S. Case No. 84/ 2023 registered for the offence(s) punishable under section(s) 366(A), 504 and 506 read with section 34 of the IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a false allegation as to kidnapping of the informant's daughter has been levelled in the FIR against the petitioner and others. It is further submitted that on account of her love affair with this petitioner,the informant's daughter voluntarily left her parental house and later solemnized marriage with him and in this regard, her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. is relevant and in the present time, she is residing in the house of the petitioner as his wife and a child has also born out of their

4. Learned APP appearing for the State though opposes the prayer of the petitioner but fairly accepts the above mentioned facts in the light of victim's statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

5. Considering the above submissions as well as facts and circumstances of this case and mainly taking into account the victim's statement made before the Judicial Magistrate, this court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Amnaur P.S. Case No. 84/ 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
