The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Allegedly, five litres of country made liquor and 20 litres of fermented "Chhoa" and one equipment for preparing illegal wine were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 24.07.2016 and is of clean antecedent. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, Babu Lal Hembram, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
