The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chand P.S. Case No.189 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 64(1)/61(2)/3/5 of the B.N.S., 2023 and under section 4 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim and the petitioner have got married and a child is born out of the wedlock.

The petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2025 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Additional Sessions Judge, VI-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO Act, Kaimur at Bhabhua / concerned Court below, in connection with Chand P.S. Case No.189 of 2024.
