ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-05-2015 The Petitioner has sought revision of the order dated 3.3.2003 passed by the 4th Additional Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah in Criminal Appeal No.9 of 2003, by which he has affirmed the order dated 4.2.2003 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah in Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. case No.139 of 2002, by which he has rfused to release the Petitioner. A report was called for from the Juvenile Justice Board, Bettiah with regard to the stage of the case and it appears that the trial was concluded on 31.8.2004.

In view of such, evidently this application has become infructuous.

It is dismissed as such.
