20.05.2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 22.04.2014 is, hereby, confirmed in connection with Complaint Case No. 680(C) of 2012 pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna on the same terms as well as subject to the condition that the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled. However, from henceforth, the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 1,500/- (One Thousand Five Hundred) instead of Rs. 750/- in the Court below in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. The application stands disposed off with the aforesaid observations.
