The petitioner is accused in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 590 of 2016 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has no criminal history and is in custody since 19.10.2016 and there is no recovery from his possession.

Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and from materials available on record, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) with two
