The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354(B), 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the informant and her family members, due to which they sustained injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries as alleged in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41290 of 2022(2) dt.12-12-2022 2/2 separate occurrence. According to the impugned order, the injuries are not described due to non-availability of the same. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Raj, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamui/concerned Court in connection with Laxmipur/Gidhor P.S. Case No. 15 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
