Both the petitioners while traveling with auto rickshaw were apprehended and from their possession 11.4 liter Neplali wine was recovered. Both petitioners happen to be under custody since 27.7.2016 having no criminal antecedent as is evident from para 3 of the petition. As such petitioners, Sushila Devi and Virman Devi @ Birmal Devi, each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bairgania P.S.
