This is a case registered under Section 20(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the seizure list Annexure 1 it is apparent that very small quantity of Ganja was seized from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that he is a businessman and has clean antecedent. He also submits that on the basis of such allegation he is in judicial custody since 3.5.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees
