The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No.24 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 96, 137(2), 3/5 of the B.N.S., 2023 and under section 8/12 of the POCSO Act. 3.

It is alleged that the petitioner lured the minor daughter of the informant and took her away with an intention to marry her.

The petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38968 of 2025(4) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 that the victim is still staying with the family members of the petitioner.

From the statement of the victim girl recorded under section 183 of the BNSS, it appears that the petitioner and the victim girl were in relationship. 7.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, VI -cumSpecial Judge, POCSO, Banka / concerned Court below, in connection with Dhankund P.S.
