The petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwanpur P. S. Case No.13 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. No T.I.P. has been held. Learned counsel further submits that another case was lodged vide Bhagwanpur P.S. case no. 12 of 2016 at Vaishali dated 16.1.2016 on the basis of secret information that looted biscuit and truck is kept in a godown of one Dinesh Choudhary, where Dinesh Choudhary and Munnni Lal Sahni was apprehended by police..
