ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was refused anticipatory bail by the order dated 24.2.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 48268 of 2013. This second application for anticipatory bail has been filed which is not maintainable.

Hence, the application stands dismissed.

The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur or its successor, in connection with Akbarnagar P.S. Case No. 72 of 2012, failing which, the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioner.
