2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 329(4), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 76, 109, 303(2), 324(4), 324(5), 352, 351(2) and 351(3) of the B.N.S..
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner assaulted on the hand of one Rajendra Yadav as a result of which he sustained grievous injuries.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, on account of petty dispute, a simple maarpeet took place between the parties in which both sides

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody and case and counter-case between the parties, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Manpur P.S.
