ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the order dated 28.3.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 6212 of 2014 in which one of the conditions was that an affidavit would be filed on his behalf that he has fair antecedents, but, since there is another case pending against him, such an affidavit could not be filed and the Petitioner did not derive benefit from the above said order and, hence, the second application for anticipatory bail. Since a second application for anticipatory bail filed on behalf of the Petitioner is not maintainable, the application is disposed off with a direction to the Petitioner to surrender before the court of Sri A. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27366 of 2014 (2) dt.20-05-2015 2/2 Champaran or its successor, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1102C of 2007 (Trial No. 1052 of 2011) which shall consider the fact that the Petitioner was found fit to be released on anticipatory bail on merit by this Court and pass appropriate orders.
