2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Motihari Cyber P.S. Case No. 35 of 2024 dated 06.10.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3(5) and 353 of the BNS, as well as Section 67 and 67(a) of the I.T Act.

3. Considering the petitioner's pleas that petitioner is not named in the FIR and there is no allegation against her and the main allegation is against (Rupak Sahni) petitioner's brother and the said plea has not been refuted by the learned APP and against this petitioner, there is only simple allegation of abusing the victims, in my opinion, it is a fit case for anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named in the event of her arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39215 of 2025(3) dt.03-09-2025 2/2 period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Motihari Cyber P.S. Case No. 35 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
