ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was refused anticipatory bail by the order dated 2.5.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 42397 of 2013 whereafter a fresh application has been filed for anticipatory bail. Since this second application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable, the same is dismissed.

The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender before the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 171 of 2013 failing which, the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioner.
