ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody on his remand since 02.05.2019 in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No.19 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case and he has not been arrested from the spot nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
