No one appears on behalf of the State.
The application seeks restoration of S.A. No. 283 of 2013 which stood dismissed on account of non compliance of the order dated 19.08.2014 whereby four weeks time was granted to remove all defects.
Counsel for the petitioners states that altogether six defects were pointed out by the office out of which three defects were removed within time. The remaining three defects were however removed on 10.10.2014. The reasons for not removing the defects within time have been mentioned in the petition. For the reasons stated in the petition and submissions made in support thereof, the same is allowed and the peremptory time granted under order dated 19.08.2014 is extended to
Patna High Court MJC No.4339 of 2014 (3) dt.20-05-2015 2 / 2 10.10.2014 subject to deposit of Rs. 250/- with the Patna High Court legal Services Committee and filing receipt thereof on or before 24th of June, 2015.
