JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-07-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Patori (Mohanpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 364/34 of Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the brother of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has not been named in the F.I.R, his name transpired in this case during the course of investigation only on the basis of suspicion and there is no legal evidence against him so as to show his involvement in the said offence.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail Having heard both sides, considering the fact and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, at this stage, I

However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge in this case.
