The petitioners seek restoration of S.A. No. 105/2013 which stood dismissed for non prosecution on 14.10.2014. For the reasons stated in the application and submissions made in support thereof, the same is allowed and S.A. No. 105 of 2013 is restored to its original file and number subject to deposit of Rs. 300/- with the Patna High Court legal Services Committee and filing receipt thereof on or before 24th of June, 2015.
