14-12-2016 After some argument, Sri Bindhyachal Singh, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Ram Binod Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Pranav Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of opposite party no. 2/Bihar State Food and Civil Supply Corporation, makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition so that petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail. The prayer is allowed.

The petition stands disposed of with an observation that if within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner
