ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 The petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail by order dated 23.06.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 17660 of 2014 but on condition that an affidavit would be filed on their behalf that they have fair antecedent. Since the petitioners are accused in two cases respectively such an affidavit could not be filed. Since this is a second application for anticipatory bail which is not maintainable, the application is disposed off with direction to the petitioners to surrender before the Court below which shall consider the fact that the petitioners were found fit to be released on anticipatory on merits by this Court and pass appropriate orders.
