====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 154 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of Arms Act.

Allegation against petitioner is helping other accused in concealing the dead body of the deceased, father of the informant. There is no any overt act alleged against the petitioner of killing deceased. It has been further submitted that similarly placed co-accused has been granted bail co-ordinate Bench of this court in Cr. Misc. No. 43152 of 2018 vide order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43926 of 2018(3) dt.06-09-2018 2/2 dated 19.07.2018. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 26.04.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 154 of 2018.
