The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 427, 354(B), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they along with other co-accused persons came informant's house with arms and ammunition and mercilessly beaten the informant and is family members with iron rod and lathi due to which they sustained injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The specific allegation of assaulting is against co-accused namely, Balmiki Yadav not against these petitioners. General and omnibus allegation leveled against the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 5.6.2022.

Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Manjhaul, District- Begusarai.
