ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was refused anticipatory bail by the order dated 24.3.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 3899 of 2014, whreafter, a fresh application for anticipatory bail has been filed. Considering that second application for anticipatory bail filed on behalf of the Petitioner is not maintainable, the same is dismissed.

The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 36 of 2012, failing which, the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioner.
