The petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2019 in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.124 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a)/37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the facts that the recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner, but from the joint house of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J. 2nd-cum-Special Judge, Katihar, in connection with Muffasil P.S.
