This is a repeat application seeking anticipatory bail. The background of the case is that on an application filed in this regard this Court vide order dated 15.05.2008 granted the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner subject to furnishing of bail bonds within four weeks. Nearly five years thereafter another application being Cr. Misc. No. 20423 of 2013 was filed seeking modification in the order. The same was considered and rejected vide order dated 24.07.2013. Four months thereafter the present application has been filed. Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this application enabling him to surrender and seek bail taking into account the order passed by this Court in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46836 of 2014 (2) dt.20-05-2015 2 / 2 No. 1257 of 2010 since reported in 2011 (1) PLJR 731 (Bishundeo Sahu vs. State of Bihar).
