Petitioner is accused in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 87 of 2014 registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. and later on, section 25(1-b)a/25/26 was added. Earlier, prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court on 30.01.2017 vide Cr. Misc. No. 47916 of 2016. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that in this case charge has already been framed on 07.09.2018, as would be evident from Annexure-4 to the supplementary affidavit filed today in Court.
