There happens to be an allegation of attempt of outraging modesty of the informant, Anju Devi in the night of 01.01.2014 and for that a written report was filed on 02.01.2014. Furthermore, there happens to be allegation of snatching of locket as well as mobile.

Petitioner happens to be under custody since 30.03.2016 having no criminal antecedent as is evident from para3 of the instant petition. Accordingly, petitioner, Baban Bhuiyan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Sherghati at Gaya in connection with Imamganj PS Case No. 01/2014 with a condition that petitioner would not allure, coerce
