JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 07.06.2011 passed in Case No.56/11 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Rohtas at Sasaram.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12911 of 2011 (17) dt.04-09-2017 Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period. Counsel on behalf of the Vigilance has assured that the enquiry is already being made.

It goes without saying that the Vigilance Department shall make its all efforts to bring the criminal prosecution to its logical end.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
