This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 364, 365 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant was allegedly kidnapped by the named accused person. When the informant was in captivity of the kidnappers, the petitioner was on guard. The petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2016.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, above named, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 45 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
