The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Trial No. 5074 of 2014 arising out of Complaint Case No. C-456 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 that she along with her children is living happily with her husband. In view of the aforesaid situation, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
