2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 37 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 324(4), 109, 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. The specific allegation against co-accused Santosh Kumar Sharma is that he inflicted rod blow on the head of the injured. The allegation against petitioner no. 1 is that he, along with co-accused Ajay Kumar Sharma, threw the injured from the roof.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 37 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
