20.05.2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre where the parties agree to finally settle the dispute on certain terms and conditions that some articles to be returned by the Petitioner which he has done. The Petitioner was also required to pay a sum of Rs. 90,000/- by way of demand draft which Counsel for the Petitioner produces in Court bearing its Demand Draft No. 030272 dated 14.05.2015. The Counsel for the Complainant receives and signs in the margin of the order-sheet in token of receipt of the same.

In view of such, further proceeding of Complaint Case No. 366 of 2013 (Tr. No. 2588 of 2014) pending before the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua shall stand dropped.

The Application stands disposed off with the aforesaid observations.
