Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR is for offence of theft of two motorcycles. One of the motorcycles was recovered when petitioner and coaccused were riding on that. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the facts of this aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Begusarai Town Police Station Case No. 721 of 2018, subject to
