The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), (b), (c)/38/41(a)(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

In the instant case there is recovery of 360 Liters of Indian made foreign liquor.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has no concern with the trade of liquor and nothing was recovered from exclusive and conscious possession of the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge,Excise Act, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019, subject to deposit of Rs. 50,000/- cash.

The deposit of Rs. 50,000/- cash shall abide by the final outcome of the present criminal case.
