Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 15 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and Section 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner and others were planning to commit dacoity, thereafter, the police came and arrested some accused but the petitioner was not arrested on the spot. The petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2022 and similarly situated co-accused who was caught on the spot namely Umesh Kumar has been granted bail. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IX, Samastipur in connection with N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 15 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit concerned Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
