Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 341 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is of assaulting the informant and looted house hold article from his house. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that no recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner. He is not named in FIR. No Test Identification Parade has been made. Name of the petitioner has surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Pradeep Kumar Soni. He is in custody since 15.02.2018.

No.39841 of 2018(4) dt.17-09-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IX, Saran in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 341 of 2017.
