It is informed that a bail petition on behalf of the petitioner was filed and token no. 45066 of 2016 was allotted but before admission some defects were pointed out by the office which were removed by the petitioner but on 25.07.2016 when learned counsel for the petitioner enquired into the status of above stated token no. 45066 of 2016, it was informed to him by the office that said petition has already been dismissed and the office advised the learned counsel for the petitioner to file a fresh petition. Thereafter, another bail petition was filed on behalf of the petitioner and the aforesaid petition bearing Cr. Misc. No. 35014 of 2016 has been listed before this Bench at Serial No. 316. It is further submitted that in the aforesaid circumstance, petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35565 of 2016 (2) dt.19-08-2016 2/2 wants to withdraw this petition.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
