JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Civil Lines P.S. Case No.08 of 2014 registered under Sections 379 and 461 of the Indian Penal Code.

F.I.R. is against unknown. It is alleged that one unknown miscreant committed theft in the mobile shop of the informant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner nor there is any material against him except his confessional statement. Charge sheet has also been submitted in this case.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22384 of 2017 (2) dt.12-06-2017 2/2 the petitioner, namely, Vijay Yadav @ Bijay Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.XI, Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No.08 of 2014.
