The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. C-2 282/17 / 143/17 registered under Section 30-A Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The accusation is that recovery of 150 bottles each containing 300 ml. Nepali Soufi has been made from the possession of the petitioner.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. No signature of the petitioner has been obtained on the alleged seizure list. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-II, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. C-2 282/17 / 143/17.
