Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sarsi Police Station Case No.19 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act pending in the court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Purnia.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner that he ravished to a minor girl, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail for the present. Hence, prayer is refused.
