The petitioner who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 229 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 447, 323, 354, 307, 302, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is assaulting with iron rod on head of father of informant Jawahar Singh, who subsequently died in course of treatment.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, after one year of custody
