The learned counsels have stated that matter has been reconciled amongst the spouses and on account thereof, the spouses are eager to lead their marital life peacefully as well as in cordial, hygienic atmosphere.

Accordingly, petitioner, Ashok Mehta is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Complaint Case no.1012C of 2013, in event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks subject to condition as incorporated under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
