The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner and one Sonu Singh took motorcycle of the informant but after sometime they handed over the key of the motorcycle to the informant and suggested that they have parked the motorcycle outside the Jorbaadih power grid. The informant subsequently, came out from his office and found his motorcycle missing.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the petitioner has been roped in the present case. In fact, someone might have misplaced the motorcycle of

Considering the nature of accusation it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Chandramandi P.S. Case No.76 of 2013, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
