In the background of the criminal antecedent that too, relating to Excise Act, prayer of petitioner was rejected on 18.08.2016, spending few months behind bar, the prayer has been re-agitated.

In the aforesaid background, I do not see it a fit case for grant of bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected. If so advised, petitioner may renew her prayer for bail after framing of charge.
